Qualifications

Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide superior customer service, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Your duties include:

  • Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins
  • Promoting our Judgement Free Zone, engaging with members, supporting their fitness journeys, and upholding policies
  • Resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary
  • Answering phones and assisting callers
  • Handling membership processes, including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing
  • Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
  • Executing retail transactions and driving sales
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities
  • Addressing safety and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing and moving throughout the club
  • Communicating in person and on the phone
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Encountering chemicals during shifts
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing
  • Moving, bending, and twisting as needed
