Role Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Fitness Managers to provide excellent member experiences
• Greet members warmly and address their needs promptly
• Engage members with fitness offerings like personal training and classes
• Maintain relationships and serve as a resource for members’ questions or concerns
• Assist with club tours and sales as needed
• Perform housekeeping duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently
• Work accurately at a fast pace

• Ability to work around cleaning products safely
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
