Job summary

Blink Fitness Anaheim is seeking a Front Desk Associate (Mood Lifter) who greets members with high energy and enthusiasm. You will sign up potential members, answer calls, and ensure smooth daily club operations with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will support sales goals, assist with member questions, and coordinate personal training sessions, contributing to a welcoming gym environment and exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.
• Sales experience of 1–2 years+ is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs occasionally.
• World-class customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Help reach individual sales goals weekly.

The role for Front Desk Associate is called a Mood Lifter. Mood Lifters are the people who greet each of our members with ear-to-ear smiles and over the top enthusiasm. They consistently go above and beyond, and you can’t help but smile when you see them.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Tour potential members around the club to sign upfor a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
• Execute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly
• Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Maintenance duties up to par.
• 30-minute sweeps around the club: re-racking weights and organizing all areas
• Reaching individual sales goalsweekly
• Scheduling personal training sessions on a goal basis
