Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead customer service contact for clients and prospects, essential to daily store operations.
• Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time.
• Promote current client renewals and acquire new prospects via telephone and text inquiries.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the store.
• Collaborate with stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for clients.
