We are seeking a Saturday + evening Front Desk Representative to help grow our business! Our evening shifts start at 3:30 and run until 7:30 Monday and Wednesday or 8:30 Tuesday and Thursday. Our Saturday shift starts at 8:30 and lasts until 4:15. This person can also make some extra money by working our birthday parties and events! On open swim dates and birthday party dates, this individual must be willing to start later in the day, around 12:00, and work until 7:15.

Job Title: Front Desk Representative
Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Promotes quality customer service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education / Experience: High school diploma, GED, preferred. Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.
Certifications and licenses: CPR, First Aid and AED certification strongly preferred.
Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.
