Pet Paradise is looking for individuals with a passion for pets to be the welcoming face of our Birmingham resort as a Front Desk Associate.

Description

Starting Rate: $13.50/hour (with increases at 6 months and annually)

Essential Functions

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets, organizing check-ins and check-outs
• Walking pets, ensuring needs are met, and handling communications

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs and being around dogs of all sizes
