Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, you will:

  • Greet members and guests, assist with questions and check-ins
  • Promote our Judgement Free Zone, support members’ fitness journeys
  • Resolve concerns, escalate issues when necessary
  • Answer phones and assist callers
  • Handle membership tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, collections
  • Conduct tours and assess prospective members' needs
  • Execute retail transactions and drive sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
  • Conduct safety and cleanliness walk-throughs, address issues promptly
  • Report maintenance needs
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing and moving throughout the club
  • Communicating in person and on the phone
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Encountering chemicals, cleaning, and sanitizing
  • Moving and adjusting positions as needed
