Job summary

Massage Envy Arlington Highlands is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service and educate clients about Total Body Care services. You will help book appointments, promote the Wellness Program, and support client referrals while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong numeracy and computer skills, and a genuine interest in massage and skincare. Flexible full- and part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; promote and book future services; encourage retail purchases.
• Help with clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
