Job summary

Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM to join Kissel Uptown Oakland's team. You’ll work with the Front Desk Manager to ensure warm welcomes, smooth operations, and guest satisfaction while driving room revenue and occupancy.

This overtime-eligible manager role requires 3–5 years in hospitality, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Benefits include Daily Pay, medical/dental/vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations with composure.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
