Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM to work with the Front Desk Manager. You will help keep the front office running smoothly, greet guests warmly, drive room revenue, boost occupancy, and lead the team in delivering service that guests rave about.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive hotel experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and objectivity.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, warm greetings and top-notch service to guests and team members.
• Motivate, coach, and guide front desk staff to maintain high standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with calm, quick thinking and proactive problem-solving.
• Manage room revenue and support systems to keep operations accurate and efficient.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
