Responsibilities
The Dental Front Office Assistant will support clinic operations, managing the patient lobby professionally and efficiently, ensuring smooth interactions between doctors, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, patient check-in/out, discussing treatment and financial arrangements, among other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants must have strong organizational and management skills, experience with Dentrix, dental office financial handling, and the ability to multitask. The role requires working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.
