MNT Wellness Co. seeks a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming first contact for clients and visitors at our Bay Area studio. You will support daily operations, manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and contribute to member growth.

This role involves front-desk duties, lead management, sales, and event support in a community-focused wellness environment. In-person work with multiple shift options and benefits start at 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence in a front-desk/retail wellness setting.
• Ability to manage leads and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Sales-focused mindset with ability to promote memberships and products.
• Strong interpersonal skills for welcoming clients and addressing questions.
• Experience with inventory/restocking retail products is a plus.
• Familiarity with childcare areas and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close the Studio and prepare the space for classes.
• Greet and check in clients, address inquiries in person/phone/email.
• Manage client inquiries about classes, services, memberships, and retail.
• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting the studio’s brand values.
• Support with lead responses, follow-ups, and conversions to members.
• Assist with memberships sign-ups, renewals, and product education.
• Maintain studio space, keep equipment tidy, and restock retail items.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our amazing team! As the first point of contact for our current and potential clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the studio. In this dynamic position, you'll support day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, and help drive membership growth. In addition to typical front desk duties like client check-ins and handling inquiries, you will take on lead management, sales, and promotional responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to grow within our community-focused environment, all while gaining valuable experience in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Relations:

- Open/Close the Studio: Ensure the studio is ready for classes and clients, including setting up and closing down at the end of the day.

- Client Check-In: Greet clients with a warm, welcoming demeanor and check them in for their sessions.

- Client Inquiries: Address questions and concerns in-person, over the phone, and via email. Provide information on classes, services, memberships, and retail offerings.

- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand values of MNTSTUDIO. Assist clients with scheduling, membership support, and any other studio-related needs.

- Childcare Support: Care for children in the studio’s childcare area when needed, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both parents and kids.

Sales & Membership Management

- Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads and help convert potential clients into members through phone, email, text, and in-person conversations.

- Membership Sales: Actively promote MNTSTUDIO memberships and retail products. Assist with membership sign-ups and renewals, and educate clients on the benefits of joining the studio.

- Special Events & Promotions: Support the management team with studio events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive new business and enhance client experience.

Studio Operations:

- Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio space tidy and organized, ensuring all equipment and amenities are in top condition.

- Inventory Management: Take inventory and restock retail when needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless operations, contribute ideas for improving the studio environment, and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Type of Employment:

Full-time and Part-time employees with benefits available starting at 30 hours per week (health, dental, 401k). Base + Commission

Pay: $19.00 per hour
