East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Seasons in Avon, CO to deliver welcoming guest experiences on weekends. This on-site, part-time on-call role emphasizes friendly service, efficient check-in and check-out, and proactive communication with guests.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling phone calls and emails, managing guest inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Personable, professional with guest-facing experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to handle inquiries and manage check-in/out and administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Sort and distribute packages for residents and guests.
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations.
