Job summary

StudioRes by Marriott Fort Myers is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest care while covering the front desk and assisting with public area cleaning and laundry support.

As the hub of hotel activity, you will handle guest interactions, manage reservations and payments, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a superior guest experience. Marriott brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
• Promptly and effectively manage guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Common Oaks

• Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance

Front Desk & Guest Care - StudioRes by Marriott

We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care! This position is extremely hands on, providing public area cleaning and laundry support while covering the front desk.

Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. Your role is key to the overall quality of a guest's stay. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring literally will define the Guest Experience.
