Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to guests at Sawmill Creek in Norwalk, OH. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, sell tickets and add-ons, and help guests with inquiries both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Charismatic attitude and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to learn and use Opera Property Management System.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to pass background check and drug test if 18+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest information securely (credit card data).
• Check guests in/out, sell tickets, answer questions.
• Resolve guest concerns in a positive, professional manner; communicate with other shifts/Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Fair standards when serving guests or coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned area and follow safety guidelines.
• Meet Cedar Fair attendance requirements; perform other duties as assigned.

Overview:

$16.00/hour

Ages 18+

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Ability to check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Ability to solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
  Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Cedar Fair's attendance requirements.
  Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Comany Policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older
