Job summary

Cedar Point in Ohio is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at Sawmill Creek. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, sell tickets and add-ons, and answer questions both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest information securely, using the Opera PMS, and coordinating with supervisors to uphold Cedar Fair standards. Perks include paid training, free uniforms, and free admission to Cedar Point and other properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Sell Cedar Point tickets and add-ons; collect payments and answer questions in person or by phone.
• Maintain guest information securely and follow Cedar Fair standards and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager; communicate across shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Overview:

$16.00/hour

Ages 18+

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Ability to check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions.
• Ability to solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
  Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Cedar Fair's attendance requirements.
  Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Charismatic attitude
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera)
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Comany Policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older
