Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in San Diego is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and showcase the hotel's amenities and surroundings. This highly visible role directly impacts a guest's stay and helps create memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives on people contact, excels in service with patience and empathy, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while using our property management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.
• Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to learn and use the computer systems used at the hotel.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with guests from around the world to showcase the hotel and its amenities.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and resolve inquiries to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, high-quality front desk presence and coordinate with other hotel teams.

As aFront Desk Agent, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Front Desk Agents proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Front Desk Agent is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This role as Front Desk Agent requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to make memorable experiences and provide excellent service for our guests.
