Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Experience Artist to engage guests and showcase the property's hacienda-inspired setting.

In this full-time role you will meet guests from around the world, highlight our hotel's amenities and surroundings, and help create memorable experiences.

Success requires patience, empathy, and a passion for delivering outstanding service across all shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of concierge experience and proven record of delivering best-in-class customer interactions.
• Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
• Attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator, team member, and collaborator.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to learn and use hotel computer systems.

As an Experience Artist, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Experience Artist proudly showcases our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. The Experience Artist is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for all our guests.
