Job description

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is looking to hire a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to work in our Front Office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
  2. Adheres to all accounting and cash handling procedures.
  3. Manage all guest requests and delegate tasks accordingly with other departments.
  4. Acts as PBX Operator and utilizes switchboard as well as other communicative devices.
  5. Answers all inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner, using clear speech and actively listening.
  6. Handle guest complaints.
  7. Performs daily audits including but not limited to reviewing rooms and tax postings, balancing totals, completing reports, completing back up and rebuilding of PMS.
  8. Informs management of any unusual activity during the course of their shift.
  9. Assist with shipping/receiving process in a timely manner.
  10. Assist guest with luggage when necessary.
  11. Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk area.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $12-14.00 per hour
