Job summary

Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent for a part-time role. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer guest questions, and support night audit shifts with an additional hourly differential.

This position requires open availability, weekend and holiday work, and at least 1 year of front desk experience. Excellent guest service, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive front desk experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out for a smooth experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
• Keep guest billing and reservation information accurate and current.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed.
• Handle daily front desk operations, including cash transactions and shift reports.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions for guest information.
• Uphold hotel policies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
