Job summary

Shaner Hotels at the DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah is seeking a front desk associate to deliver exceptional guest service. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and provide information to guests in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires at least a high school education and one year of customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. On-site, with competitive pay and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out courteously and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
