Job summary

Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Castaway Bay. You will provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins/outs, and answer questions both in person and by phone.

You will also collect charges and assist with basic office procedures while learning the hotel PMS system. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; lifting up to 50 lbs and passing a background check/drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, as required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Castaway Bay and answer questions throughout their stay.
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone.
• Collect and record charges and perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
• Provide memorable experiences and help guests create lifelong memories.
