Job summary

Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service at our hotel properties. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and use the Property Management System to ensure smooth stays.

The position offers $14.25/hour with an extra $5/hour bonus starting Sept 21, and bonuses through Oct 26. Benefits include paid training, free uniforms, park admission, and discounts. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stay calm and handle diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of hotel properties.
• Answer guest questions and concerns during stay.
• Verify guest information at hotel entrance and assist with directions.

Overview

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as a Front Desk Agent means you will provide exceptional service to all guests staying at one of our world class resorts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of our hotel properties and answer any guest questions or concerns throughout their stay.
• Verify guest information as they enter the Hotel Breakers parking lot, being the first to welcome them to the hotel.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
• Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
• Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
