The Lark in Bozeman, MT (Columbia Hospitality) is seeking a Front Desk Agent (FT) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage check-in/check-out, process room credits, and collaborate with Guest Services and Front Office to support financial and service tasks.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, familiarity with cash handling and POS systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and computerized POS systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, following hotel procedures and standards.
• Use property management and POS systems effectively.
• Operate PBX and radio paging systems as required.
• Establish guest room credits upon check-in, issue keys, and orient guests to property services.
• Address and resolve guest requests and conflicts with discretion and professionalism.
• Follow up promptly with guests and team members on outstanding issues.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of guests.
