Job summary

Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Residence Inn Downtown Bozeman. You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-ins/outs and assisting with bookings and inquiries.

Responsibilities include guest check-in, reservations management, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, while maintaining professional appearance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Experience as a Front Desk agent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility with shifts and scheduling.
• Availability on weekends and/or holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Stellar attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and checkout tasks.
• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures with exceptional guest service.
• Know emergency procedures and how to respond.
• Complete daily reports and audit correspondence as required by shift.
• Receive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Handle incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings, and answer questions about rates, availability, amenities, and special requests.
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Create incident reports for guest injuries or issues when required.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming per dress code.
• Perform other related duties as required.
