Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently check guests in and out according to hotel and brand standards.
• Guest Information: Inform guests about hotel facilities, policies, and local attractions.
• Phone Management: Operate the hotel phone system, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Reservations: Manage guestroom reservations, including new bookings and changes.
• Guest Inquiries: Address inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Cashier Duties: Post charges to guest accounts and handle cashier tasks.
• Maintenance Coordination: Report and coordinate repairs with housekeeping/maintenance.
• Security Procedures: Follow hotel security and emergency procedures.
• Front Office Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
