The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team, delivering warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experiences. You will provide hotel and local knowledge, assist guests with inquiries, and Upsell hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $23.81, with a raise to $26.45 after 90 days, plus Hilton’s comprehensive benefits and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Full scheduling flexibility with open availability, including AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a guest service role is desired.
• Experience with OnQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process.
• Support efficient check-out by handling charges, payments, and receipts accurately.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel services and maximize revenue through upselling.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency, managing communications.
