Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Falcon Point, Avon, CO to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is 21+, legally eligible to work in the United States, with hospitality experience, strong computer skills, and fluency in English. Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of RDP reservation software is preferred.

Falcon Point, near the shores of Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO, is looking for a Front Desk Agent to be part of our resort team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping details organized, and providing dependable service. You’ll help create a positive experience for both homeowners and guests while supporting the day-to-day needs of the property.

The Front Desk Agent serves as a welcoming point of contact throughout each stay, assisting with guest services, front office tasks, and communication across the property.

What You’ll Do Includes

• Welcome guests and homeowners, assist with arrivals and departures, and respond to requests during their stay
• Handle reservations, guest records, and other front office information within the property management system
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to address guest needs and keep operations running efficiently
• Answer questions about Avon, Beaver Creek, and the surrounding Vail Valley, including recommendations for activities, dining, and local amenities
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests throughout the day

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24/hour (commission potential through concierge program), hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days from start

Schedule: 5 shifts in a 40 hour workweek. Days, nights and weekends are possible.

The ideal candidate for this role is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bring a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
