Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites- Bessemer, AL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel and ensure guests have a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to departure.

You will manage reservations, assist guests with needs, and support daily hotel operations while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate brand management software.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull cleaning carts, and stand/walk/bend.
