Job summary

Dublin-Springhill-Suites in Dublin, OH is seeking a front desk associate to provide superior guest services. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and ensure a courteous experience for every guest.

The role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning daily reporting and coordination with Housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications
