Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Resolve guest issues to WOW guests and recover when things aren’t right.
• Maintain and balance house bank and postings as required.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
