Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and offer local recommendations while collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and composure.
• Proficiency with hotel software and computers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for guests.
• Efficiently check guests in and out with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
• Assist guests with recommendations on local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
