Shaner Hotels is seeking a housekeeping attendant at the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard by Marriott to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort in assigned rooms.

You will handle guest requests, follow safety rules, and support deep cleaning and seasonal tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and weekend/holiday availability is required to support the hotel's operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
