Job summary

The Renaissance Indianapolis North, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a guest‑focused team member for the Club Lounge. You will help guests explore the Wanderlust experience, set up and maintain food displays, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Strong service orientation and communication are essential for daily interactions with guests and colleagues. This full‑time role offers benefits, a clear path for growth, and opportunities to engage with a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for service.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover the Wanderlust experience.
• Set and maintain food displays.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Club Lounge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests.
• Establish relationships with local restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and share information with the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do

This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.

Schedule for this position is 4pm - 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday.

This is considered a full time position, eligible for full time benefits. Guests of the Club Lounge frequently tip.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Set and maintain food displays
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Club Lounge
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed

What Are We Looking For

Compensation

$15.00 - $15.00
