Job summary

Everhome Suites Yuma is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in to check-out with a guest-focused approach.

You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. Proficiency with standard office software and flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance to minimize out-of-order rooms.
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls.
• Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

• Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
• Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

$16 hourly
