The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Qualifications:
College coursework in related fields helpful; high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in hospitality preferred. Must have computer skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate initiative. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to hotel standards. Cross-training and problem-solving skills are a plus. Must be attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented.
