Typical duties as a Guest Services Agent include:

  • Checking guests into villas, reviewing amenities, services, hours, and local attractions
  • Responding to guest questions, concerns, and requests, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Explaining room features and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Answering calls and routing them appropriately
  • Assisting with bellman and runner duties if required

Guest Experience and Standards:

  • Welcoming guests and addressing their needs proactively
  • Interacting professionally with colleagues and guests
  • Contributing to team goals
  • Following company policies and safety procedures

Requirements to become a Guest Services Agent:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Background and drug screening may be required
  • Specific duties may vary by property and team size
