Position Overview

The 70-room Fairfield Inn and Suites seeks a cheerful & energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility is reporting to work on time and whenever scheduled. The role involves greeting, registering, checking in/out guests, and handling all phases of the guest's stay while providing excellent customer service. Strong time management, organizational skills, and clear communication are essential.

Requirements
