Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at our world-class resort. You will check guests in and out, verify information, and guide them through our hotel properties with a welcoming approach.

The role includes learning and utilizing the hotel Property Management System, providing friendly assistance, and sharing information about Cedar Point and local attractions. This position offers perks and flexible hours within a fun, guest-centric environment.

• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
