Job summary

Cedar Point is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to guests at our resort hotels. You will check guests in/out, verify information, and assist with inquiries while learning the hotel PMS. Perks include free uniforms, park admission, and substantial employee events.

The role requires a welcoming attitude and availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. This position offers competitive hourly pay and a fun, dynamic work environment at Cedar Point.

• Verify guest information as they enter the Hotel Breakers parking lot, being the first to welcome them to the hotel.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
