Job summary

Cedar Point in Ohio is hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to guests staying at one of our world class resorts. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and help ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires a willingness to learn our Property Management System, availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a positive, guest-focused attitude. Perks include paid training, free uniforms, and free park admissions.
