Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to guests staying at our resort properties. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and helping guests enjoy their visit.

Responsibilities include learning the hotel PMS, assisting guests throughout their stay, and participating in staff training. Perks include free park admission, employee discounts, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+.
• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
