Job summary

Cedar Point is hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding service to guests at our hotel properties. You will check guests in/out, answer questions, and be the first point of contact as they arrive at the property, using the hotel PMS to manage bookings.

We offer paid training, uniforms, free park admission, and discounts, plus family tickets and employee events. The role starts at $14.25/hour and requires 18+ years old with flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications
