Job summary

Vail Resorts in California is hiring for winter 2026/27 as Front Desk Associate. You are the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking them in and out, and handling guest needs with a professional demeanor.

The position offers a starting wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, full-time hours during the season, and housing availability. Benefits include free employee ski passes, discounted lift tickets for friends and family, lodging discounts, and access to Epic Service training and wellness

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Somewhat strong computer skills.
• Required Valid Driver's License.
