Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in Park City, UT. Night Auditor/front desk roles with full-time and part-time shifts available. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with housing available and a rich benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Comfort working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests and inquiries, both in person and by phone.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support guest services and operations.
• Follow daily procedures and complete reports, and know all resort services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the front office team.

Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and fully acquainted with local points of interest. Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

• Complies with guest requests (both in person and on the telephone)
• Maintains a clean and safe work area, restocking supplies as necessary
• Communicates with other hotel departments/other departments effectively
• Follows daily procedures, accurately completes all daily reports and knows all other properties, hotels, restaurants and services the resort offers.
• Other duties as assigned

• The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
