Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests in a courteous and efficient manner, handling inquiries, checking in/out, and reserving rooms.

Essential Functions
  • Assist guests courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain high service and hospitality standards
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Post charges, collect payments, and handle cash procedures
  • Manage guest mail and messages with confidentiality
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and offers
  • Communicate effectively with departments regarding guest feedback
  • Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance
  • Know hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or guest-related roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar
  • Experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel systems like PMS, Quore, PBX preferred
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities under pressure
