Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and gracious departures. You are the face of the hotel and will manage reservations and guest requests with poise and efficiency.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work a mix of weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts. The team offers daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package to support a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs; ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate reservations and guest requests with the front desk team.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to maintain smooth operations.
