Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a friendly Barista to craft beverages and deliver exceptional guest experiences in the hotel cafe. You will handle cash, maintain a clean, organized station, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of F&B service experience and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities within Evolution Hospitality’s portfolio.
