The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a night time House Attendant to keep public areas sparkling, greet guests with a smile, and support the housekeeping team. This hands-on role rewards attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a behind-the-scenes hero, you’ll ensure spaces—from lobbies to restrooms—shine, assist with event setups, and help safeguard areas while delivering top-tier hospitality during night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the applicable state and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (property-specific driving requirements may apply).
• Ability to perform well in stressful, high-pressure situations is required.
