Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC, operating Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton in Orange County, is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join the Culinary team. Deliver high-quality breakfast service and assist with prep, plating, and station maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of hotel cook experience or similar settings, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a Managers Food Handlers Certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Completion of Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year cook experience in hotel preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year cook experience in a similar role, size of operation required.
• Managers Food Handlers Certification required.

As a Breakfast Cook, you will deliver exceptional Guest Services as part of our Food & Beverage – Culinary team, responsible for breakfast food preparation at the hotel. The Culinary team will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting unparalleled experiences from the moment guests enter the dining area. Your dedication to providing a visually appealing and delicious culinary experience will create memories that guests will cherish.

Essential Job Functions

Compensation: $22-$24/Hour

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Sufficient manual dexterity to grasp and use all kitchen equipment

Qualifications
